About us

Contractors don't lose work because they're bad at it. They lose it because they hear about it late.

By the time a tender goes public, half the decisions are already made. Relationships are locked in, shortlists are formed, and the window to get in front of the right person has closed.

The contractors who win the most work aren't better operators. They're better positioned. They know about projects before their competitors do, and they reach the decision-maker while the scope is still being written. That timing advantage isn't luck. It's a system.

And timing is only half the story. The contractors who grow are also the ones whose name the patch already knows, whose website holds trust at 9pm when a builder checks who they are, and whose paperwork never falls behind the job. That takes systems too.

FlowGenixX builds all of it as one engine: the intelligence that finds projects early, the marketing that keeps you known, the website that closes the trust gap, and the automation that gets your claims out on time. You price the work, build it, and get paid for it.

What we build

One system, four parts.

Every service feeds the same outcome: more of the right work, won earlier, paid faster.

01

Project intelligence

The flagship. Council approvals, tenders and early signals across your regions, scored for fit and delivered before the market hears about them.

02

Progress claim & variation automation

Winning work is half the job. Getting paid for it is the other half. Claims and variation paperwork prepared and lodged on schedule, every month.

03

Website design

When a builder checks who you are the night before a shortlist, the site answers for you. Built to hold trust, not just exist.

04

Marketing

How we work

Five rules we don't bend.

  • 01

    One trade per patch.

We never run two competitors in the same trade and region. If we work for you, your nearest rival can't hire us until the engagement ends.

  • 02

    Founder-run, end to end.

No account managers, no handovers. The person who built the system runs your account and answers your calls.

  • 03

    Systems do the watching.

Software reads every DA portal and tender list in your regions daily, and keeps the claims calendar, so nothing slips. People do the judgement: which projects matter, what to say, when to say it.

  • 04

    Less volume, more precision.

20–40 targeted emails a day referencing real projects, never a thousand-send blast. A handful of clients run properly, not fifty on autopilot.

  • 05

    Numbers over adjectives.

Projects found, people reached, replies received, conversations opened. If we can't measure it, we don't sell it.

The person behind it

Talk to the founder, not a form.

FlowGenixX is run by Rackeem Miller, the person who built the software, writes the outreach, and reads every reply. When you call, that's who answers.

I started FlowGenixX after watching good contractors lose work they never knew existed, then lose their evenings to paperwork for the work they did win. The fix isn't magic. It's systems: one that finds the projects early, one that keeps your name known in your patch, and one that gets the claims out on time. And a person who gives a damn running them.

That's what you're buying. Not a retainer deck. A system, run properly, for a small number of contractors at a time.

The promise

What you can hold us to.

01

Exclusivity, in writing

One trade per region. Your project intel, contacts and angles are yours alone while we work together.

02

A weekly update worth reading

What we found, who we contacted, what they said. Plain language, no vanity metrics.

03

No lock-ins

Ninety days to prove it, month-to-month after that. If we're not delivering, you should leave.

04

Discretion by default

Your name and your patch stay off this site while we work for you. Results get published after engagements end, never during.

Thirty minutes. No deck, no pitch.
